Did Not Fish Again

It was only in the mid 30's tonight and only got into the low 40's today.  I took Kaylee for a ride to inspect the lakes.  I was surprised at how far the ice had pulled out from the shore at Rock Lake and along North Platte Lake Drive.  An eagle was flying above at the Rock Lake Access when we arrived.  Also, a deer head in the parking lot.  Open water was about 40% of the way to the South Point Small Island on Platte.  Quite a bit of open water along the shoreline at the Sullivan Inlet.  It will warm up tomorrow into the low 50's with rain tomorrow night and possible thunderstorms on Monday.  Only a few days away from ice out now.
