Kramer Gone Fishing Writes About The Frenzy Popper

The curious case of the Frenzy Popper

(click on the link to read the story George wrote)
Ah yes the Berkley Frenzy Popper.  A lure that kind of fell out of favor with me the last couple of years.  I only got 6 bass on them in 2012 and only 4 on them in 2011.  This year I've already got 20 fish on them and I would probably have a lot more if the Stanley Phantom wasn't catching them so well this year.  Go read George's piece.

WOW!!!

George Kramer takes a pot shot at Bryan Kerchal...

Seriously??? Had Kerchal lived I seriously doubt Kramer would be saying this, because that "amateur" would be a veteran Pro now. Two Classic appearances through the Federation isn't a cake walk and no doubt the Classic victory would have given him the bona fides to be a long standing fixture in the sport.

How many "no-name" players have World Series or Super Bowl rings or Golf Major Championships? Sorry, George but your reasoning on this example is stupid and disrespectful.

Bassmasters Classic Day 1 Take 3

AnglersChannel.com Blog- Looks like it is a pretty good place for Classic Info

Big Indiana Bass is has run the unofficial Basstrakk numbers vs. the actual results.

Boyd's Biz blog- Nothing like blowing up your boat

Alton's Angle blog- Day 1 disappointment

Gary Klein's Classic diary... This was written and posted this morning but it is well written and worth the read.

Gerald Swindle appears on Skeets Classic Video Blog... Good Stuff! For some reason the video and audio are now synched unlike a couple of days ago.

John Murray Blog- Classic – 1st Day

Kramer Gone Fishing is writing off most of the field at this point.

Note- I am kind of a little shocked Hack did so poorly, I thought he might do well.

Official Standings Here...

2 Bass Fishing Blogs I Should Read More Often

Big Indiana Bass I have a very high opinion of this bass fishing blog, yet I don't check it often even though Brian Waldman posts on a regular basis.

Kramer Gone Fishing- Is a blog I just recently discovered that is very well written with frequent new articles. The sites author George Kramer is well connected in Professional Bass Fishing circles, especially out West.

Bassing Blogger Note: On Facebook today FLW Co-Angler blogger Sondra Rankin was talking about getting active with her blog again soon. Her blogs are not dated so I am unsure exactly when her last entry was published.
